Client’s Task: a bulk value conference for 300 persons.

Actava’s Solution: a special charter was organized to Hippocrates’ home, the Greek island Kos. Perhaps, we were one of the first who simultaneously took brought so many Russian citizens there. Alongside a conference for the client’s participants was an incentive-program wherein the most well-known sights of the island were visited: Hippocrates’ Plane, a majestic tree (12 meters around), according to legend, planted by Hippocrates and under which the well-known physician gave lessons to his pupils; and of course, the Asclepius sanctuary, the temple of the healer god Asclepius.

Actava has organized similar mass events in Malta and in other places.

Client’s Task: an incentive trip plus team building

Actava’s Realization: the managers of Actava developed a tour to Iceland where they organized glacier climbing together with subsequent relaxing bathing in the thermal waters of the well-known Blue Lagoon near Reykjavik for the participants.

Client’s Request: the organization of a Council of Directors meeting of a big Russian-American oil company. The meeting had to be held on neutral territory, neither in Russia, nor in the USA. The chosen place had to be interesting, but, at the same time have good infrastructure.

 Actava’s Solution: In various years, Actava organized this Council of Directors meeting in Jamaica, Scotland, and in Canada at Niagara Falls.

Client’s Request: to create an even that would increase its key clients’ loyalty.

 Actava’s Solution: an exhilarating tour to the Côte d'Azur of France to the practice course for Formula 1 champions was organized. The clients went through an instructive race driving course followed by a prep race in Formula 3 and Formula 1 cars. The whole action was filmed and presented to the participants.  The successful finish of the races was celebrated with an exquisite and informative wine tasting evening.

Client’s Request: a need to go to visit some agricultural enterprises of the Republic of South Africa and Zambia but to combine it with recreation as well.

 Actava’s Solution: to first visit Zambia where each man floated down the Zambezi River, only a few meters away from crocodiles and hippopotami, just as Indiana Jones did in his movie.

After the adventurous river trip, participants got a bird’s eye view of Victoria Falls, one of the most spectacular sights of the world, from the privacy and comfort of a private helicopter.
